Lowlander 2024
Challenge duration
Description
The aim of the challenge is to visit at least 100 different peaks up to 400 m above sea level. This challenge is mainly to encourage those who don't have majestic mountain peaks around them but are still enthusiastic mountain climbers.
It may seem easy because it is climbing "tiny elevations", but the opposite is true. A true Lowlander is a seasoned individual who is not afraid of pushing through brambles, rape and scrub, is not averse to going through mud so thick that he loses his boots in it, and takes pure joy in even peaks that may not have the most spectacular views.
On the progress tab, you'll see all the peaks you've visited with the date you climbed them, and you'll also see them on the map.
Rules
To complete this challenge, you must follow the general rules.
The aim of the challenge is to visit 100 different peaks in the Czech Republic and abroad, whose altitude does not exceed 400 m above sea level. An equally important rule states that it is forbidden to visit such peaks at such a time of year that your visit destroys crops or other plants or disturbs cattle grazing. Therefore, it is ideal to collect Lowland Cowslips especially in the winter months when the mud in the fields is frozen, the cattle are not grazing and the plants are not growing.
